"Brit Blaise has a real winner...Alicia’s love for Brett shines through the pages and you can feel her fear at the thought of losing him. With her mother in lock up and her father unknown, her horse and Brett are the only two beings who have never let her down, losing Brett would destroy her. Brett obviously has great affection for Angela but she’s eight years younger than him and so he tries to keep his feelings hidden. For a short story, I was impressed at how quickly I became enthralled at the story or the emotional reaction I felt. It’s a story I could read over and over and not tire of and the perfect bedtime feel good story!...Definitely a keeper."--Chrissy Dionne, Romance Junkies
"4 Hearts!...This story may be short, but is great reading, with a good plot, pleasant secondary characters, and this reader was rooting for Alicia as she decides enough is enough and makes her point with Brett."--Glenda K. Bauerle, The Romance Studio
"A novel that characterizes new beginnings and making up for lost time, Another Cave Creek Cowboy expertly lassoed my interest and left me feeling warm at its conclusion. Although short in length, this book easily depicts the emotional turmoil its characters are going through...the sexual encounters were both stirring and passionate. Overall, I enjoyed this quick western, which will appeal to those readers who would enjoy a pleasing contemporary read."--Francesca Hayne, Just Erotic Romance Reviews
"4 Angels!...Another Cave Creek Cowboy is the second story in the Cave Creek Cowboys series. Each book can stand alone and do not need to be read in order. As Alicia deals with various problems, Brett struggles to convince her of his love. Ms. Blaise has created a emotionally burdened couple that are much stronger together than they are apart."--Tewanda, Fallen Angel Reviews
"4 Cups!...Brit Blaise has done a fantastic job of writing her second book in the Cave Creek Cowboys series. This story is a sexual firecracker. Just when I thought everything was resolved, a new twist was added to the story. I loved how the author kept surprising me, and I look forward to reading more from her."--Candy Cay, Coffee Time Romance
"Right this way." Brett set his empty bottle on the table, then pulled two more from the fridge before heading toward the bedroom. His tone told Alicia he didn't believe her. His exaggerated swagger said he thought it was all a big joke.
She followed behind him, shedding her clothes while they walked. He definitely didn't have a clue. But he would! By the time they'd walked into the spacious bedroom, Alicia had lost both her shirt and bra. When he turned to look at her, she was unzipping her jeans. He did a comical double-take before his eyes became so heated he managed to curl her toes. What would he do when he touched her?
Alicia tried to ignore him, walking around him and straight to his bed, a four-poster. Ah! Yes! She sat on the edge to remove her boots. "Did I ever tell you I have a thing for ropers and their ropes?"
"No. I think I must've missed that conversation," he said in a husky growl, sounding less sure of himself again.
"You don't have a clue who I am, Brett Coleman. I think it's time you find out."
